Tiki

Queen LaTeacup, or "Tiki" for short, is a beautiful cream and caramel longhaired Chihuahua, weighing in at just under 4 lbs. The shelter vet put her at about 1 years old. Interesting thing is she only has 2 teeth but that does stop her from eating! She was just spayed and is up-to-date on her vaccinations. She came in as a stray to the Palo Alto shelter. She is soooo very sweet, so elegant, and surprisingly not fearful despite her diminutive size. She seems to like most people, kids, other dogs, she hasn’t barked much so far, and she warmed up to me and everyone else she’s met immediately! She’s potty trained (goes on wee pads and outside), walks great on leash (in fact, I think she’d rather walk than be carried) and is fine on stairs. She loves to cuddle in your lap, but if you’ve got work to do, she’s fine hanging out on her own. Her foster mom lives on one of the busiest streets in SF and none of the noises seem to phase her. She would be the perfect dog to take to work with you and a great size if you travel a lot! She is available now from A Leg Up Rescue www.aleguprescue.org.
